After the refinance of the house, we decided with the money we saved before the new house payments kicked in, to get AIR. Yes, central air conditioning that is. Our little old swamp cooler has done a good job these last 20 years with only one new pump and numerous filters, belts and such. I was imagining how nice and cool it would be this summer with our energy efficient improvement when family visited. I could even check the box on the power bill to get a credit.
