How to Eat Healthy: Sprout What?

Why Eat Sprouts: Alfalfa sprouts are one of the most nutritious foods you can eat. They are a good source of B-complex vitamins, along with A, C, E & K. Calcium, potassium, iron & more are included in this healthy food.
Bob’s Sprout Drink: 2-3 T frozen orange juice, 1 cup water, 1 banana broken into pieces, 1 T lecithin granules, ½ tsp ascorbic acid (Vit C), 1-2 T Flax seed oil, ¼ tsp orange oil. 2 tsp Vanilla. Add 1/3-1/2 package alfalfa sprouts. Blend in blender until smooth. Add 1 cup plain yogurt blending again until smooth. Drink fresh. Serves 2.

Sounds sick, how did it taste? Why do you have all of those wired ingredients around the house anyways?

The OJ concentrate really kills the bean sprout veggie taste and I only put in what I had, mostly sprouts, Lecithin & OJ.
